Attic Antics
We painted all the knotty pine with Behr paint to brighten up the space. We added round windows on either side of the fireplace and replaced the large picture window with casings that could open so we could catch a breeze. Sofa is from Ikea, mirror and lamp from home decor store, the rest of the furnishings and accents are from antique fairs and antique stores in Cannon Beach, Portland and Europe.

Brimming with rustic countryside flair, the 6-light french country chandelier features beautifully curved arms, hand-carved wood center column and Persian white finish. Antiqued distressing and rust finish gives it a rich texture and well-worn appearance. Each arm features classic candelabra style bulb holder which can accommodate a 40W e12 bulb(Not Included). Perfect to install it in dining room, entry, hallway or foyer, the six light chandelier will cast a warm glow and create a relaxing ambiance in the space.

A total gut-to-the-studs and rebuild within the shell of a vintage 1931 Spanish bungalow in the Echo Park neighborhood of Los Angeles by Tim Braseth of ArtCraft Homes. Every space was reconfigured and the floorplan flipped to accommodate 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a dining room and expansive kitchen which opens out to a full backyard patio and deck with views of the L.A. skyline. Remodel by ArtCraft Homes. Staging by ArtCraft Collection. Photography by Larry Underhill.
