Truly custom built in book cases with fur down to house lighting above book cases. Neutral paint colors and a pop of grey in the tile that surrounds the fireplace really brings the area together!

I wish I could hide all four of the apartment’s hideous gas wall heaters behind folding screens like this one. At least we were able to refinish the worst offenders with high-heat engine paint.

The highlight of the living room was the enlarged fireplace with a proper quartz hearth, stack stone surround and mantel. The living room also required some drywall repair, trim replacement, new paint and flooring.

This awesome great room has a lot of GREAT features! Such as: the built in storage, the shiplap, and all of the windows that let the light in. Topped off with a great couch, and the room is complete!

Refined yet natural. A white wire-brush gives the natural wood tone a distinct depth, lending it to a variety of spaces. With the Modin Collection, we have raised the bar on luxury vinyl plank. The result is a new standard in resilient flooring. Modin offers true embossed in register texture, a low sheen level, a rigid SPC core, an industry-leading wear layer, and so much more.
RCH Home & Design
When we help our RCH Custom Home clients with design, we focus on marrying look and function in a way that will blend the unique wishes of the clients using the space. Our clients wanted to elevate the style of their home to reflect their personal taste while keeping the cozy feel of their Long Pine Estates home. This home mixes light and dark tones for a contemporary, homey feel. Stone fireplace with a stained rustic alder beam, framed by two built-ins, and symmetrcal windows.
Stebnitz Builders, Inc.
To take advantage of this home’s natural light and expansive views and to enhance the feeling of spaciousness indoors, we designed an open floor plan on the main level, including the living room, dining room, kitchen and family room. This new traditional-style kitchen boasts all the trappings of the 21st century, including granite countertops and a Kohler Whitehaven farm sink. Sub-Zero under-counter refrigerator drawers seamlessly blend into the space with front panels that match the rest of the kitchen cabinetry. Underfoot, blonde Acacia luxury vinyl plank flooring creates a consistent feel throughout the kitchen, dining and living spaces.

I found the ceramic whippet I call “Devo” at Circa Who in Palm Beach. My husband has a side gig repairing Devo’s tail every time Nacho knocks over the fireplace screen.

Keeping consistent with the theme we wanted to make sure this room was the showstopper. The focus of the room besides the green velvet sofa is the blue, green and gold pineapple wallpaper. Throughout the space we incorporated a mix of pattern, geometric shapes, and other whimsical pieces.

A 1940's bungalow was renovated and transformed for a small family. This is a small space - 800 sqft (2 bed, 2 bath) full of charm and character. Custom and vintage furnishings, art, and accessories give the space character and a layered and lived-in vibe. This is a small space so there are several clever storage solutions throughout. Vinyl wood flooring layered with wool and natural fiber rugs. Wall sconces and industrial pendants add to the farmhouse aesthetic. A simple and modern space for a fairly minimalist family.
