Large master bedroom with high grid ceilings, medium hard wood floors and wonderful views.

This Bathroom is high style to say the least. It was a renovation done for a Manhattan apartment. While it was difficult to take a picture of all of the elements, some of items we built in are: Tuscan polyurethane columns, curved flexible moldings and crown moldings around light coffers, extension buck trim on the doors (they are metal) and a curved mirrored his and hers vanity.

The size of the master bathroom was a challenge. The simplicity and uniformity of the materials give way to the illusion of a larger space.
In order to achieve this, we carried the floor tile up and over the tub deck. The Arto Tile on the walls runs continuously along all walls creating uniformity.

We salvaged and refinished the clawfoot tubs from the original bathrooms and added new hardware. A new hexagon tile floor harmonizes with the period-appropriate wood wainscot and a gray-blue accent wall. A dual flush toilet, medicine cabinet with exterior shelving, and espresso wood vanity work with an economy of space.

With the furniture being butt up against the bath it is important to consider awkward cleaning gaps. This bath screen hinges on the wall, instead of being fixed on the bath, to ensure the ease of cleaning.
Creek Development
For this bathroom we created a soothing spa-like vibe by using a green tile with tonal variation. The floor is a small white hexagon tile to draw in light. The toilet is dual flush and the vanity is slatted wood with a black faucet.
