This "powder bath" is the only bathroom for downstairs guests in this gorgeous home, so we really had to give it some pop! Although labeled as a powder, there is actually a walk in shower in the room. We went with a calming blue palette with compliments of white, Calacatta gold marble, and french gold fixtures. See item list below!

mid-century modern master bathroom that features a tub and a shower with a built-in bench. It also features a unique chandelier and beautiful tile work on the floor and shower walls.
Context
This mid-century remodel is a happy marriage between restoring vintage floor to ceiling mirrored sliding doors to a walk-in closet with new radiant floors, zero clearance showers, and a combo of brushed brass and chrome fixtures.

How do you turn a small bathroom into a spa experience? We did it in this lovely little space in Ferndale. We started with a bathroom that had had few updates over the last 50 years, and we ended with a soaking tub, serene subway tile, soft gold fixtures and a nod to our client’s favorite style – midcentury modern – with a beautiful walnut floating vanity. We created storage in a little niche of the bathroom and topped it off with sconce lighting. This is a space you’ll never want to leave!
Videre Decor
The master bath was reconfigured to accommodate two separate sinks and a shower with floor to ceiling marble tile and onyx base. Lightly embossed ceramic tiles on the floor gave subtle texture balanced with the rich cherry cabinets.
Christopher's Kitchen & Bath
A nod to mid-mod, with dimensional tile and a mix of linear and wavy patterns, this small powder bath was transformed from a dark, closed-in space to an airy escape.
