Update to outdated powder room. Solid white counter top with chrome fixtures. Added Herringbone Carrara marble back-splash, counter height to ceiling.
Replaced the center mounted vanity light with two sconces on the side of the new chunky oversized gray wood framed mirror.
Replaced the Saltillo tile floors with 12" x 24" Carrara tile. The added marble herringbone inlay in the center of the floor adds the look of a rug in the center of the room.

Rotating the entry to the hallway for what once was a small walk-in bedroom closet, and turning it into this sweet powder room was certainly value added. The rich blue, dimensional wall tile has a modernist tone and pattern and works perfectly in concert with the classic marble penny tile floor. The wall hung toilet saves space, is easy to clean around, and looks slick.

By reconfiguring the space we were able to create a powder room which is an asset to any home. Three dimensional chevron mosaic tiles made for a beautiful textured backdrop to the elegant freestanding contemporary vanity. The round brass mirror with it's unique design complimended the other brass elements within the space.

After purchasing this Sunnyvale home several years ago, it was finally time to create the home of their dreams for this young family. With a wholly reimagined floorplan and primary suite addition, this home now serves as headquarters for this busy family.
The wall between the kitchen, dining, and family room was removed, allowing for an open concept plan, perfect for when kids are playing in the family room, doing homework at the dining table, or when the family is cooking. The new kitchen features tons of storage, a wet bar, and a large island. The family room conceals a small office and features custom built-ins, which allows visibility from the front entry through to the backyard without sacrificing any separation of space.
The primary suite addition is spacious and feels luxurious. The bathroom hosts a large shower, freestanding soaking tub, and a double vanity with plenty of storage. The kid's bathrooms are playful while still being guests to use. Blues, greens, and neutral tones are featured throughout the home, creating a consistent color story. Playful, calm, and cheerful tones are in each defining area, making this the perfect family house.

Part of a larger home renovation in Clifton this cloakroom offered a rare opportunity for our designer Tim; the brief was for something striking, a talking point and a memorable space for guests to use. With an open brief Tim was given the chance to do something different. The result is a moody space, strikingly different to the light and bright hallway if leads from. Three lighting settings create atmosphere, contrast or practical lighting depending on the users needs. A striking marble pedestal sink with floor to ceiling mirror and open shelving are the focal point of the room making sure it’s a space to remember.

Small powder room remodel. Added a small shower to existing powder room by taking space from the adjacent laundry area.

Blue is the star of this upstairs bathroom! We love combining wallpapers, especially when paired with some playful art! This bathroom has modern blue floral wallpaper with the existing tile flooring from the 1920's. A rug is placed in the sitting area, giving a pop of pink to match the modern artwork in the toilet room.
