Revitalized

CCI Renovations/North Vancouver/Photos- Derek Lepper Photography. Dark enclosed uninspired, past it’s prime. This renovation was an interior makeover only. Opening to the main hallway and stairs, creating moods with different lighting areas and patterns and finishing with hand hewn wood floors, a stone fireplace and clay based natural paint the living room was transformed into a comfortable inspiring respite. Unimaginative and lacking a shower the master bath features a large natural slate and glass shower with double shower heads. A Japanese soaker tub with a view and contemporary vanity round out the look. With a beautiful ocean view the master bedroom lacked the matching interior. A new high efficiency fireplace, large plasma TV and banks of drawers and storage space replaced an ordinary closet with mirrored bypass doors. The kitchen was large, unorganized and had dated cabinets. By expanding into the nook area with a beverage centre, peninsula with a large island and having large working surfaces complete with 3 sinks the kitchen better suited the space and is perfect for entertaining. The balance of the upstairs was redone to add up to date cabinets and sinks in the main bath, millwork to replace closets in the remaining bedrooms and adding storage to the laundry area.
