The dry bar is conveniently located between the kitchen and family room but utilizes the space underneath new 2nd floor stairs. Ample countertop space also doubles as additional buffet serving area. Just a tiny bit of the original shiplap wall remains as a accent wall behind floating shelves. Custom built-in cabinets offer additional kitchen storage.

A home bar for a gathering or a quiet night with a sink and a mini fridge. Open shelving keep things interesting and ties in the oak flooring. We went with herringbone patterned ceramic tiles right to the ceiling for a dramatic look!

We gave this man cave in San Marino a moody masculine look with plaid fabric walls, ebony-stained woodwork, and brass accents.

Our clients really wanted old warehouse looking brick so we found just the thing in a thin brick format so that it wouldn't take up too much room in this cool bar off the living area.

After purchasing this home my clients wanted to update the house to their lifestyle and taste. We remodeled the home to enhance the master suite, all bathrooms, paint, lighting, and furniture.

This classic family home on a quiet cul de sac in desirable Foxcroft just got a facelift. The clients worked with Advanced Renovations and Lisa Britt Designs to gut the kitchen and rework the overall flow.
Besides the beautiful kitchen, our favorite element was flip flopping the dining room and den (see before and after photos within album). This allowed our clients, who love to entertain, easier access to kitchen when serving in the dining room. Also, it maximized use of the existing built-in cabinetry for their large sliver and china collections.

Steve Kunz created this stunning bar using 2 colours of painted cabinets - Latitude North and Spring Blossom. The wall is covered with Xstone, creating a textured feel.
