This sprawling estate is an incredible sight see!
Soaring coffered ceilings with gorgeous winding staircases set the stage for a grand entry.
We took advantage of the classical elements of this home and built our design (at the request of our amazing clients) with a heavy nod to european traditional style. Decadent silk fabrics paired with amazingly rich wall treatments bring a luxurious feeling to every room.
Heavily carved details are found on an eclectic mix of furnishings throughout the home. We incorporated some of the clients pieces from their years of collecting and traveling. Their favorite rolled arm sofa is given new life in the library once reupholstered in a cozy woven chenille.
After completing the interior, it was time to get started on the grounds!
We were so excited to design the exterior entertaining space which includes an outdoor kitchen, living and dining areas, pergola, bath and pool.
One of our favorites for sure.

Incredible Transformation of a dated 2000 kitchen into a beautiful modern farmhouse with a midcentury flair.
LIVDEN Designs
March 2020 marked the launch of LIVDEN, a curated line of innovative decorative tiles made from 60-100% recycled materials. In the months leading up to our launch, we were approached by Palm Springs design firm, Juniper House, for a collaboration on one of the featured homes of 2020 Modernism Week, the Mesa Modern.
The LUNA series in the Medallion color on 12x12 Crystallized Terrazzo tile was featured as the main kitchen's backsplash. The LUNA was paired with matte black cabinetry, brass hardware, and custom mid-century lighting installations. The main kitchen was packed with color, texture and modern design elements.
Cabinet Plant
For this project, the initial inspiration for our clients came from seeing a modern industrial design featuring barnwood and metals in our showroom. Once our clients saw this, we were commissioned to completely renovate their outdated and dysfunctional kitchen and our in-house design team came up with this new space that incorporated old world aesthetics with modern farmhouse functions and sensibilities. Now our clients have a beautiful, one-of-a-kind kitchen which is perfect for hosting and spending time in.

FA Design Build
Our clients returned to their home in Burke, Virginia, after renting it during military assignments. Their outdated and cramped kitchen did not work for their busy family. They turned to FA Design Build to redesign the look and layout of the space. Originally, the space was a breakfast nook, a small U-shaped kitchen, and a garage entryway. By removing a framed pantry, bulkheads, and walls, we opened the space the length of the house. The result is an open concept room that serves as the hub of the home. The design incorporates stained cherry cabinetry, Armstrong Vivero luxury vinyl floor, and quartz countertops -- all ideals choices for beauty and low maintenance living.
