Smalls Landscaping
One-of-a-kind and other very rare plants are around every corner. The view from any angle offers something new and interesting. The property is a constant work in progress as planting beds and landscape installations are in constant ebb and flow. Annuals are important to add to landscaping for that constant pop of color around trees, beds, and your house.

This modern transitional monument sign was designed for this community's three entrances. The metal plaque with the name of the community will be highlighted by the backlighting installed within the monument. The ledge stone veneer contrasts the metal, and stays with the natural feel of this beautiful community in Turtle Rock. Boulders and softscape will complete the update.

The goal of this landscape design and build project was to mitigate run-off from a steep hillside as well as to beautify the front foundation planting at a condo complex in South Boston. This design features a traditional approach to the front walkway using a mix of evergreen and deciduous shrubs, an oramental weeping tree, and a mix of perennials. Along the slope, our approach was to utilize a mix of grasses to hold soil and also to create swathes of color during the Fall season. Designed and built by Skyline Landscapes, LLC.

We transformed a messy, eroding slope into a beautiful, low maintenance, drought tolerant succulent garden. The plantings are thriving with drip irrigation and gold granite gravel mulch.
Colwynn Garden Design
Using only the water from the heavens, this hillside garden sparkles with color year-round with a peak in Spring. Succulents and drought tolerant plants can have year round interest with little to no irrigation when placed in spots like this where the larger established shrubs (Willow Wattle and Yucca Trees) shelter the smaller plants from the hot midday sun.
