The project was an exciting challenge and required careful planning. The apartment contains multiple customized features like a wall developed as closet space and a bedroom divider and a hidden kitchen. It is a common space to the naked eye, but the more details are revealed as you move throughout the rooms. The re-vamped powder room has all new finishes -- fixtures, lighting, tile, mirror, and accessories. The vintage style tile and fixtures honor the history of the home, while the more modern accents bring it up-to-date.

The Paris inspired bathroom is a showstopper for guests! A standard vanity was used and we swapped out the hardware with these mother-of-pearl brass knobs. This powder room includes black beadboard, black and white floor tile, marble vanity top, wallpaper, wall sconces, and a decorative mirror.
