These homeowners wanted a rustic look, so we went with a knotty alder in a medium stain. We added beadboard finished ends to give it more of a rustic feel.

Holiday home refurbishment with Arredo3 kitchen matching country style. Design to accommodate some minimal storage and all necessary appliances. A holiday place requires a washing machine but not the main oven. A microwave is enough inside the cupboard above the integrated fridge. Glass wall cabinets connect the kitchen with the living space as well as offer a lot of storage.

The small kitchen for casual meal preparation, with the shower and changing room to the left, and the sleeping loft above. Three sets of French doors facing the pool allow for light to brighten the space.
Dura Supreme Cabinetry
This simple yet "jaw-dropping" kitchen design uses 2 contemporary cabinet door styles with a sampling of white painted cabinets to contrast the gray-toned textured cabinets for a unique and dramatic look. The thin kitchen island features a cooktop and plenty of storage accessories. Wide planks are used as the decorative ends and back panels as a unique design element, while a floating shelf above the sink offers quick and easy access to your everyday glasses and dishware.

This kitchen is fit for a chef with its clean design, L-shaped counter space, and Thermador Professional Series Range and Refrigerator. Flat panel cabinets with a maple finish create a contemporary look that balances with the earthy green slate tile backsplash and flooring.
There are several custom spaces in this kitchen including the eat-in space with banquette, large custom bookshelf, and custom storage area with large cubbies for dishes and smaller ones for wine bottles.

The kitchen required inventive strategies. Knowing that new cabinets were not part of the budget and new appliances were a must, we resurfaced the cabinets in glossy gray, added contrasting hardware, and installed cabinet lighting. A new lush black slate floor and handmade Moroccan tile back splash add contrast. The industrial chic pendant is the crowning touch. | Interior Design by Laurie Blumenfeld-Russo | Tim Williams Photography

This small 1910 bungalow was long overdue for an update. The goal was to lighten everything up without sacrificing the original architecture. Iridescent subway tile, lighted reeded glass, and white cabinets help to bring sparkle to a space with little natural light. I designed the custom made cabinets with inset doors and curvy shaped toe kicks as a nod to the arts and crafts period. It's all topped off with black hardware, countertops and lighting to create contrast and drama. The result is an up-to-date space ready for entertaining!
