3,000 sf remodeled home w/ 2 car detached garage. A complete renovation and remodel of an existing Chicago style stucco bungalow. The exterior materials of the home were removed and replaced with stone and siding creating a craftsman style home with custom windows and open front and rear porches. The new master suite includes a trellised balcony which looks over the back yard.

Client had beautiful wing back chairs that was in need of re-upholstering. Choose a classic navy striped fabric to coordinate with the navy and mauve area rug. Added coordinating toss pillows in a solid navy fabric with braided trim.

This was a reno that we did for clients that wanted to turn a floor of their home into a rental. The living area is small and it felt too cramped up and overwhelming for the owners. They love warm deep colors and a traditional, southwestern look with a lot of plants.
