This bathroom community project remodel was designed by Jeff from our Manchester showroom and Building Home for Dreams for Marines organization. This remodel features six drawer and one door vanity with recessed panel door style and brown stain finish. It also features matching medicine cabinet frame, a granite counter top with a yellow color and standard square edge. Other features include shower unit with seat, handicap accessible shower base and chrome plumbing fixtures and hardware.

Unglazed porcelain – There is no glazing or any other coating applied to the tile. Their color is the same on the face of the tile as it is on the back resulting in very durable tiles that do not show the effects of heavy traffic. The most common unglazed tiles are the red quarry tiles or the granite looking porcelain ceramic tiles used in heavy commercial areas. Historic matches to the original tiles made from 1890 - 1930's. Subway Ceramic floor tiles are made of the highest quality unglazed porcelain and carefully arranged on a fiber mesh as one square foot sheets. A complimentary black hex is also in stock in both sizes and available by the sheet for creating borders and accent designs. His and hers sink vanities are separated by a special makeup vanity designed not only for her but for the couple's daughters. A hot styling tool pull out conceals the hair dryer and curling irons. Cosmetics and brushes are stowed away in the slim drawer at the desk.

LBI transformed this small loft bathroom into a modern, stylish shower room. We installed white herringbone tiles on the wall with patterned floor tile along with a black frame shower door. We also installed a modern sit on basin with a solid wood vanity top to compliment the black framed shower panel. In the shower area we installed a rain shower and tiled alcove to complete the look.

Master and Guest Bathroom Remodels in Gilbert, AZ. In the Master, the only thing left untouched was the main area flooring. We removed the vanities and tub shower to create a beautiful zero threshold, walk in shower! The new vanity is topped with a beautiful granite with a waterfall edge. Inside the shower, you'll find basket weave tile on the floor, inlay and inside the soap niche's. Finally, this shower is complete with not one, but THREE shower heads. The guest bathroom complements the Master with a new vanity and new tub shower.

In this master bathroom renovation, a Crema Marfil marble was selected for the floor and tub deck, as the movement of the tile was complementary to that in the existing Alabaster tile used for the shower walls. With continuity in mind, Crema Marfil was also selected for the vanity tops and a mocha glazed, canvas finish was specified for the vanities themselves. By choosing a rich, neutral color for the walls, the designer ensured that the cream and brown tones in all the materials would appear dominant, unifying those materials and giving the room a warm, relaxing feel.
