Heritage listed home in Chatswood. The family needed additional bedrooms and bathrooms, and more living space. Challenge to provide the additional space in a two storey addition that doesn't impact the single storey presentation of the front facade. The proposed design was approved by Willoughby Council.

This column veranda was crafted using our popular, Victorian style Windsor columns and contemporary spandrels, topped with our traditional curved and hipped glazing bar roof frame. The veranda wraps around one side of the house providing a covered walkway between two doors as well as being a lovely sunny space to sit and relax or do some pottering in the garden!
