SawHorse Design + Build
We took this tradition Sandy Springs house and added some traditional design styles and infused them with some modern twists. The design team did a great job making sure every detail was though through and every wall was dressed up to reflect the master plan.

Jefferson Door Company
House was built by Hotard General Contracting, Inc. Jefferson Door supplied: exterior doors (custom Sapele mahogany), interior doors (Masonite), windows custom Sapele mahogany windows on the front and (Integrity by Marvin Windows) on the sides and back, columns (HB&G), crown moulding, baseboard and door hardware (Emtek).
Trade Winds Construction
Nice little addition to add a dry bar to this space with butcher block shelving and counter-tops. Beer and wine fridges and cabinet storage makes this an ideal space for any game room or office.
Kinsella Kitchens & Baths
Wet bar that doubles as a butler's pantry, located between the dining room and gallery-style hallway to the family room. Guest entry to the dining room is the leaded glass door to left, bar entry at back-bar. With 2 under-counter refrigerators and an icemaker, the trash drawer is located under the sink. Front bar countertop at seats is wood with an antiqued-steel insert to match the island table in the kitchen.
