Central storage unit that comprises of a bespoke pull-out larder system and hoses the integrated fridge/freezer and further storage behind the top hung sliding door.

This used to be a completely unfinished basement with concrete floors, cinder block walls, and exposed floor joists above. The homeowners wanted to finish the space to include a wet bar, powder room, separate play room for their daughters, bar seating for watching tv and entertaining, as well as a finished living space with a television with hidden surround sound speakers throughout the space. They also requested some unfinished spaces; one for exercise equipment, and one for HVAC, water heater, and extra storage. With those requests in mind, I designed the basement with the above required spaces, while working with the contractor on what components needed to be moved. The homeowner also loved the idea of sliding barn doors, which we were able to use as at the opening to the unfinished storage/HVAC area.

A 2005 built Cape Canaveral condo updated to 2021 Coastal Chic with a new Tarra Bianca granite countertop. Accented with blue beveled glass backsplash, fresh white cabinets and new stainless steel appliances. Freshly painted Agreeable Gray walls, new Dorchester laminate plank flooring and blue rolling island further compliment the beautiful new countertop and gorgeous backsplash.

A small full basement bathroom in our Modern Spanish-Style Revival project boasts a tiled focal vanity wall with floating shelves, brass details, and red penny floor tiles.

This vintage condo in the heart of Lincoln Park (Chicago, IL) needed an update that fit with all the traditional moldings and details, but the owner was looking for something more fun than a classic white and gray kitchen. The deep green and gold fixtures give the kitchen a bold, but elegant style. We maximized storage by adding additional cabinets and taking them to the ceiling, and finished with a traditional crown to align with much of the trim throughout the rest of the space. The floors are a more modern take on the vintage black/white hexagon that was popular around the time the condo building was constructed. Modern zellige shower wall tiles that go all the way to the ceiling height, show color variation by the hand-made hand-glazed white tiles. We did matte black plumbing fixtures to "pop" against the white backdrop and matte black hexagon floor tiles for contrast.
