Powder room perfection. Yes you can make a powder room a gem. Good design is in the details - as seen in the venetian mirror and the organic shapes of the sink and toilet. This project is 5+ years old. Most items shown are custom (eg. millwork, upholstered furniture, drapery). Most goods are no longer available. Benjamin Moore paint.

Basement master bathroom needed major style update including new closets, lighting, and a brand new bathroom. Large drop-in tub taking up too much space replaced by freestanding tub with floor mounted tub filler. Large two person shower with matte black fixtures. Furniture style vanity. Large hex tile floors.

This project is a whole home remodel that is being completed in 2 phases. The first phase included this bathroom remodel. The whole home will maintain the Mid Century styling. The cabinets are stained in Alder Wood. The countertop is Ceasarstone in Pure White. The shower features Kohler Purist Fixtures in Vibrant Modern Brushed Gold finish. The flooring is Large Hexagon Tile from Dal Tile. The decorative tile is Wayfair “Illica” ceramic. The lighting is Mid-Century pendent lights. This combination laundry/powder room smartly makes the most of a small space by stacking the washer and dryer and utilizing the leftover space with a tall linen cabinet. The countertop shape was a compromise between floor/traffic area and additional counter space, which let both areas work as needed. This home is located in a very small co-op apartment.

When it was time to update their small and poorly functional master bath, these homeowners approached Renovisions for help. The small 5’x8’ size constraints was a challenge but ‘Team Renovisions’ was up for the task and came up with a beautiful creative use of space which incorporates a spacious walk-in shower, a curved furniture-styled vanity with porcelain lavatory top, a sleek and energy efficient luxury performance toilet, with faucet and shower fixtures in chrome finish. Safety is a must for our projects and this decorative grab bar that matches the towel holder accessories is evidence of that as it provides both functional and aesthetic attributes. 18”x18” porcelain tiles in a brown marble pattern was a great choice as these over-sized tiles increased the feeling of the room while the rich cherry finish of the vanity complimented the brown veining of the tile nicely. This newly remodeled master bath is clearly an example of making the most out of a small space. Beauty, functionality and style – it has it all!
