“I met Will over 10 years ago when he was the project Architect on a complicated multi million dollar oceanfront home my company was building. This is not an easy position to fill and he did an excellent job. We formed a good relationship and for more than a decade Will has done design and CAD drafting work for my company. I have found him to have superior design skills, takes direction very well, completes his work on time and has respect for budget constraints. Most recently we have been working together on the shop drawings for all of the interiors of an apartment in Manhattan, NY. This has been a difficult and demanding project and as usual Will has performed very well. More over, I have found him to have an exemplary work ethic and solid character. We have worked together many times on an hourly basis and I always felt that his compensation was fair, justified and reasonable.”

“Paul Cole of Cole Design Studio was a referral which we are very pleased to have checked into. We met Paul at his home office along with his welcoming committee, Charlie and Bella, two extremely lovable dogs. We got right down to business discussing the construction of a home on land we purchased some time ago and what our budget would allow. Paul's portfolio of completed designs, plus our own thoughts were put to paper in a very professional and expeditious manner. Paul worked with us, making suggestions when we were unsure of our design and gave us ideas we hadn't thought of. The final plan is one we cannot wait to have built. In the interim, we asked Paul to design a two and a half car garage with an apartment above to be constructed adjacent to the home Paul was designing. The plan was exactly what we had in mind and Paul was able to maximize limited space to create a very comfortable living area. Construction of the garage/apartment is almost completed. If you choose Cole Design Studio you will have the pleasure of working with someone who is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. Your Paul Cole designed home will be lovely to look at and extremely well structured. It will be a home you and future generations will enjoy. Betty & Richard Gibbons”

“Mark was involved with our recent remodel. We explained to him our desires and he gave us a concept plan which utilized our current floor plan improving on, and developing a suitable home for our use. We agreed on his first presentation and he proceeded to complete the plans. We were able to increase our square footage and open our existing plan. Mark gave us the home we envisioned and we could not be more happy!”

“Eric Baker recently served as architect on a very challenging repair project to our hurricane damaged home. “We've worked with an architect before, but never have we worked with anyone so able to translate our words and ideas into a home we are anxious to live in. Mr. Vaccaro saved us from a colonial-style box and presented us with plans for a home which is currently being built and is an absolute delight. Mike has been a pleasant person to work with. He's been able to truly 'listen' to our desires and translate them into a design that works for us, fits the lot perfectly, and is within our budget. The pictures are of the front and rear of the house. The front faces the street, and the rear overlooks a pond. Views from each window are spectacular, especially from the great room which overlooks a marshland and the Cooper River. Because of the close proximity to the water, the house is built on pilings. I would have no qualms recommending Mike as the architect of choice for Daufuskie Island and Hilton Head Island.”
