He had just the right balance between listening to us, the homeowners, while providing his experienced opinion. He had a great relationship with the contractor, creating a positive working relationship with him while still representing our interest. Even though we had built a home before, Paul provided a level of skill and experience that we could never come close to and we felt completely comfortable relying on his expertise. “Stephen is a very creative architect who designed a beautiful vacation home for us in Hawaii. We worked closely with Stephen for almost three years from initial concept to completion of construction. He solved some difficult design issues with solutions that fit our budget. Since we were Stephen's first major residential project on his own we encountered a few design issues which may have been avoided with more experience or third party review. We would use Stephen again in the future and have provided recommendations to several prospective customers. We would encourage anyone working with Stephen to also hire an interior designer to help address design details.”
