There are so many well-planned details that give our home a unique signature. For example, there is a "tree niche" near the front entry that adds architectural playfulness to the space and a view of nature with natural light to the interior of our front entry. The accent wall that divides the living room and dining room features a 48" see-through linear fireplace. The amazing light-filled stairwell featuring two skylights, glass railings, and views of all four levels of our home. Every inch of this home is thoughtful design and there is no wasted or awkward space. The space feels and looks a lot larger than homes of similar square footage. Matt has designed the layout around our future furniture and even designed special niches for some of our pieces! During this entire home-building process, our architect/ client relationship has evolved into a great friendship.
