“When I bought my 1964 ranch home, I wanted to add-on a garage and fill in the sunken living room. Nicholas had an amazing vision and presented me with an entire front elevation change, that would take my house to a new level. Working with Nicholas through the design process and construction was so easy and educational. He truly transformed my house into a show stopper! “We hired Designlink Architecture to renovate our 1980's home. Nothing has been done since it had been built, and though the bones were good, it was dark, chopped up, with very poor room flow. Debra Weisberg, Architect, removed several walls and created new spaces for laundry, kitchen and master bathroom. Debra presented her proposal in such a manner that we knew exactly what our costs were going to be. No hidden costs. At our request, Designlink assisted us with the contractor's bid analysis. She then worked with the selected contractor throughout the entire remodel. We also utilized her interior decorating abilities. We found this internal capability a bonus. She is a good listener and is able to put your thoughts to paper and design. We are very happy with the work Designlink has done and we would highly recommend them. Frank McLanis”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with John. I had a such wonderful experience I would like to share: After hitting a dead end with how to design a functional and well designed master suite for my new house, John spent an hour with me workshopping plans and sharing incredible ideas! His very first question to me was “how long do you envision yourself living here,” which is something I hadn’t really considered. His insight helped guide me through different ideas for the layout. John presented a wide number of ideas and left it up to me to decide which direction I’d like to take. Had it not been for John, I would have built a suite I regretted. His thinking saved me time and likely money in the long run. I couldn’t recommend John enough! Thank you again and I look forward to working together in the future.”

“Gregg created our wonderful home. He was introduced to us by one of the really great interior design groups in the Phoenix area. We loved the display of work in his portfolio and his enthusiasm was infectious. What a great decision we made by hiring him. Gregg went far beyond our expectation as to performance. His ability to grasp our thoughts as to style and design was amazing. He hand drew colored elevations of every room in the house including exteriors. His end product exceeded all our expectations. The home is truly a one of a kind. It has appeared in the Phoenix Home and Garden Magazine and people have literally knocked on the door to see it. Gregg has permission to show the home at anytime.”
