His attention to detail is superb: floor plan, windows, doors, details in moulding and direction on lighting and fixtures. He was unfailingly calm and reassuring with us and with our builder and was always available to guide us through difficult decisions. We discovered fire damage to our roof during the project and Laine worked quickly with our builder to find a solution and kept the project on schedule. Her services included 3D sketch models and Construction documents. She is a pleasant person, who is knowledgeable and confident, but not overbearing.
