“We engaged Susanne to redesign our late 1960s home which included everything except the bedrooms. We supplied our concept ideas and then left it to Susanne to come up with the specifics. Susanne met with us numerous times, and ongoing communications were easy. It was amazing how the final design optimised the available space and delivered beyond our expectation. Once we were happy with the design Susanne coordinated the next steps to find a builder/project manager, kitchen designer and colour consultant, as well as guided us through the complex process of consents and contracts. The project team, including all sub-contractors were just great to deal with. The final result was perfect, hit the mark with our concept idea and we love living in it. “My wife and I bought a 1960s red brick, concrete tile house in 2012 with the intention of modernising it by recladding, reroofing and knocking out a few walls. We decided to involve an architectural designer in the process and after much research and several meetings we decided on Jason. His ability to provide 3D images that allowed you to “walk through” the house was ideal for my wife who had difficulty visualising off plans. We gave Jason a wish list of what we would like in the perfect place realising that you always have to compromise somewhere. You can imagine how surprise and pleasure when Jason managed to achieve everything on the wish list as well as making some really strategic changes, such as the repositioning of the entranceway, to achieve a first-class result. Two years down the track and we are still thrilled at the end result and how well it meets all out needs.”

Then with his Lateral thinking and superb Design Skills would present us with a Modern up to the minute set of Plans that were all set to put into action. Joes Vision is always to take full advantage of the building project so that we end up with a finished product that is something we are proud and comfortable with. On thinking of building a new home in the future, Joe came up with a leading Architectural Design with no changes needed. He has proposed wonderful material options ( interior & exterior ) and is very aware of all aspects involved in the building process.
