“Great experience working with Atelier Essex on the design of our office. The project involved tailoring a 10,700 sf for our team, including a general refurbishment, phone/ethernet wiring, 3 meeting rooms, a custom kitchen and a game room. Pebel did a great job, she was recommended by a friend she did a house for. She understood what we wanted quickly and her work as well as the contractor costs stayed in budget. Most of the work/meetings were remote but that wasn't an issue, she was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. Turn-around time was very fast.”

“Mehran is extremely knowledgeable from a design, cost, and feasibility perspective. I worked with Mehran on a complete teardown/rebuild of an existing single family home to a 90% new home. The main factors I needed addressed were cost concerns while keeping the best design and functionality for resale. Mehran gave insightful opinion and pointed out issues I had not and was not able to spot due to my relative unfamiliarity. His years of experience allows him insight on issues from both a building and cost perspective that would otherwise go unnoticed. Highly recommended.”

“Veronique figured out a great way to split one big bedroom our kids currently share into two bedrooms. She showed us a few different layouts, and using the 3D feature helped us get a better idea of what it would really look like. I usually don't see much on plans, but in 3D, you can really tell what it will look like. I love her design!”

“This is an unusual recommendation. In fact, Kelly was so helpful in determining the scope of the job and the budget, that she recommended I fix the exterior of the building first and later do the bathroom remodels (2)originally planned! She recommended the contractor and arranged the bid. I will definitely call her back when I am ready to implement her plans for the remodel. 5 stars for honest, reliable, and understanding my need for what I call "renter chic." “Janet is excellent in every aspect. She communicates clearly, makes great suggestions, respects our decisions, and is patient with our ever changing requests. Due to the time sensitive nature of our project, she was able to quickly iterate on the designs and submitted the proposal to the city in a timely fashion. “Amparo designed my kitchen and my bathroom. I love both rooms. I tell everyone that I could not have done it without her and it is true! Both rooms are small and so it was a challenge to find materials that fit and did not create cramped spaces. There was no room for mistakes and Amparo did not make any mistakes. Amparo always sees the best solution to any design problem immediately; it is not a process of trial and error with her. She also knows all about the best materials at the best prices, and where to acquire them. She is very easy to work with, listens intently to my preferences and honors them. She helped me communicate with the contractor in order to reach a higher level of quality in the workmanship. I highly recommend her services.”
