“I viewed the renovated property on the market (for sale) and was impressed with the quality of the workmanship and finish in the rooms. The additional rooms were a good size and in keeping with the rest of the house. The kitchen layout maximised cupboard space but still created a light and airy space. The bathrooms were finished to a high standard. I would highly recommend this team for your project.”

“From the first meeting to the last snagging session Jake from Maplecroft Construction has been professional, and really helpful. We had the rear of our home ( conservatory, utility room and kitchen) rebuilt and fixed seating constructed in the courtyard with a planter trough. The project was planned and work completed within budget and timescale to a very high standard. This included all surveying, building control, solving draining issues and full electrical certification.”

“We hired Nick and Paul at Raylian to lead a tricky 550 m2 office conversion into residential space in a prime location central Chiswick. Along with the practice personal creative skills I was very impressed by their technical know how. The teams knowledge of building regulations, local authority planning requirements and technical building skills saved me a substantial amount in architects fees and it was comforting to experience their confidence when addressing the builders and trades and the respect they attracted. The creative design planning stage and specification for finishes and furnishings was professional and stress free. It was great to have a designer sketch their ideas while explaining their thoughts. Discussing ideas in 3D is a real advantage. Given the licence to express themselves they came up with some really great ideas. Project management was equally important, especially with all the H&S requirements attached to the industry these days. I also felt once the budget was approved they made a good effort to protect it right through to completion. Raylian are a one stop shop for any size of residential project and I am happy to give them a 5 star review. AW. Chiswick.”

“Amazing! Nico has so many great design ideas that we hadn’t thought of. He kept us up to date of what was happening with the work all the time. They cleaned up after themselves every day and made sure that we were happy with what was happening. We are so pleased with the extention which was a beautiful kitchen/breakfast room, and the new family bathroom. I can not recommend them enough.”

“Our major project had 3 distinct phases, which at the outset could have been either 3 projects or an integrated project. We were so happy with the first renovation project of the historic barn that we progressed with the extension to, and renovation of, our period farmhouse and the creation of a linked pool and leisure area. James at Bournesouth coordinated the tender processes, assembled and managed the team of builders and allied trades (from people he knew, had worked with and were used to working as a team) to deliver a first class project on time and on budget. His intimate knowledge of the processes and the interaction/potential conflicts of the specialist trades allowed him to anticipate issues before they arose and in close consultation with us to deliver the project to our complete satisfaction. We would highly recommend Bournesouth and James for delivering the project beyond our expectations in turning a great design into a beautiful home.”
