“The Pro-Build Team did an outstanding job delivering renovation and an extension project for our Grade 2 listed property. The work included re-roofing the property which was done sympathetically and effectively, completely changing the heat retention abilities. In addition and number of activities were done inside (replumbing and secondary glazing) which were done to a very high quality and always within character. The extension was a challenging project as the access is poor and a number of challenges were faced with the weather. Nevertheless the team were always extremely polite, friendly and ready to go the extra step to ensure a great job. The extension was for a kitchen/living area, bedroom, bathroom and laundry plus some outside landscaping. The team delivered on all aspects and exceed our expectations. In addition the collaboration with the planning and conservation teams was first class and made a real difference. We remain extremely pleased with all the work! I would thoroughly recommend the Pro-Build Team for any project you are looking to get done. I hope that they will be back here in the future to do more for us.”

“Lords completely remodelled my kitchen and 2 bathrooms and we are delighted with the results. They got the job because of Mark Lord's great ideas about the layout of the kitchen which no one else had come up with. The kitchen layout is practical and easy to work in as well as looking good. The Lords team co ordinated the whole process and put up with my last minute changes with infinite patience. I highly recommend them.”

“Graham provided us with a great service which was outlined clearly from the first few meetings we had. The price was agreed at the start and it the payment schedule was clear. As Graham stated the total amount didn't change (with the exception of a couple of things that we chose to add on as extras). Communication was excellent throughout.”

“Having worked with many construction companies, I can honestly say the Cheshire Oak Structures are the most professional From design, groundworks, build and roofing all the site employees and sub contractors were extremely polite and obliging We now have a great functional building that really sets off our property The whole office team kept us up to date and Dean simply got on with the job The site was left clean and tidy I would have no recommendation in recommending them, they are not the cheapest but you will get what you have paid for and an asset to the property that is both functional and beautiful Dave Perkins”

“We contacted Glassrooms after seeing some very interesting designs on the Internet Rich then arranged a site visit to look at our project Rich and Phil came about a week later and did some measuring up and presented us with some glassroom options Unfortunately we were then delayed due to being in a conservative area when the plans were submitted everyone was very happy with the design Wayne and his great bunch of lads then arrived and did the necessary preparation for the Glassroom They were very helpful clean and tidy All projects have their little problems Wayne solved them quickly and to our mutual satisfaction Glassrooms are a great company to deal with and we would certainly recommend them and be happy to show anyone the finished project Andy & Mo Griffin”
