“I hired Highpointe originally for a move in renovation when I first bough my house. I then hire them again for a repair/renovation after sustaining some fairly major damage from a tropical storm. I was consistently impressed with their in-depth knowledge of the multiple conflicting requirements of a major job. This kept me from having to spend money twice on unnecessary do-overs. When I got into a conflict with both my insurance company and the provider of my replacement windows, Halley stepped in and handled the documentation and arbitration for me. I was extremely happy with his thoroughness.”

“My little house in Williamsburg, VA is quirky and had only 836 square feet, 1 bedroom and bath with unfinished basement. Tonyia Barnes, owner of Mockingbird Residential, drew out designs to best utilize the space and created an amazing master suite with designated laundry space. She narrowed down selections and helped me choose tile, fixtures and paint embracing my and the house's quirky aesthetic yet cultivating style so the house truly has a comprehensive look and feel and new and old space blends seamlessly. The house is now a full 3 bed/2 bath, 1335 square feet with an incredible master suite and amazing usable closet space, My favorite features include the heated wood look tile flooring that making the basement master suite warm and cozy, and the light - the colors and fixtures incorporate a lot of layered light for different needs throughout the day. Tonyia coordinated with the contractor to make the vision come to life, Per recent appraisal, my home value increased $100,000.”

“Tom Gladstone is THE premier builder in Bay County Florida who truly cares more about the client than himself. He has been building for over 30 years and his reputation is excellent. Mr. Gladstone used his own computer design software to assist in plans--something many contractors do not have. He took his time to make sure that we were involved in every step of the process, giving us the chance to make selections every time several possibilities arose. He used only quality subs with whom he has worked for many years. We were able to stay within budget most of the time and high quality materials were utilized for our custom retirement home. Mr. Gladstone does not charge for 'change orders' as long as he does not have to tear down and start over an item. After construction and for our first year he has addressed any issues which arise without hesitancy. Mr. Gladstone is extremely knowledgeable and practical due to his vast experience. We would certainly use no one but him if we had it to do over again!”
