“I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

“I highly recommend Innovative Design Concepts for any organization or individual seeking outstanding architectural/design services. Our organization worked with Chris over a three year period to design a major renovation to our structure which was over 60 years old and was severely outdated. Chris worked with us to prepare a new site plan, exterior elevations, and floor plan, including a 2D color rendering of the project. Throughout our engagement with Chris, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and resourceful in addressing our concerns and some of the constraints of our project (space, cost). He came to us with creative solutions and ultimately the final product was visually stunning and exactly what we needed from a functional perspective. We also found Chris and his colleagues to be extremely responsive to our questions and needs, and very open to our feedback. “We have been working with Liv Companies on the major kitchen and bath remodel of our LaGrange, IL home, which included removing big walls, new electrical, and new plumbing. We wanted a character home with a more modern layout, but were intimidated by the renovation process. Dave and Russ have made the whole thing so easy from start to finish. When we were house hunting, they helped us understand the potential of homes as well as the budget that would be required to help us achieve our vision. During the renovation process, working with a company where the architect and the builder are partners and have a track record of working together made the whole process smooth and seamless. Most importantly, the design and the execution of that design was flawless and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. “I stumbled across the Cypress Hill website when I was looking for a builder. I feel incredibly blessed to have found Cypress Hill Development. Dan Buie of Cypress Hill built a new home for me and I could not be happier with the process and the result. I have three words to describe my home: quality, quality, quality. The quality of the construction at every point was superb. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable, creative, personable, and enthusiastic. Not only is he organized and knowledgeable, but he is very much on top of the budget issues. His background in accounting really comes into play because managing the costs is a challenge. I came into the process knowing virtually nothing; Dan took the time to educate me. He helped me use my limited funds in the most effective manner. He understands the needs of families, but also has an excellent sense of how to put lasting value in a home. His sense of design is flawless -- you won't need an interior designer. I enjoyed the process of building the home immensely (yes, I enjoyed it!). I wish I could build another one. In fact, my immediate family was so impressed with every aspect of my experience and the quality of the home construction are going to have Cypress Hill build a home for them. “After serious water damage that required the demolition of most of our condo's kitchen in the spring of 2012, Jeff from Relevant Homes was our man on the spot. Having to move out of our home for 6 weeks with 2 kids under 3, we knew we wanted to rebuild it to look better than the dated look we had before, but didn't have the time, energy, or aptitude to figure out the details. Jeff stepped in and saved the day, redesigning our entire kitchen with an amazingly cool new layout, color scheme, appliances, cabinetry, lighting, and fixtures. Jeff walked us through every step of the process and guided us through every design decision so that it felt like "our" kitchen even though he was doing most of the legwork. This included creating graphical models/schematics, personally accompanying us to suppliers and hardware vendors, researching the best appliances, and coming up with creative ways to meet our budget. Although we worked with remediators and another contractor to perform most of the physical demo and rebuild work, Jeff oversaw their efforts and provided guidance on how that work would be done most effectively. Almost a year later, we are in love with our new kitchen; we never thought we'd be so thankful that our old kitchen was destroyed! And we owe so much of that thanks to Jeff, who we'd heartily recommend for his design eye, work ethic, attention to detail, and overall commitment to innovative, high-quality work.”
