“We have been living in our Northcape built house for over 2 years now,and couldn't be happier. The process of designing and building the house was delightful, the finished product our dream come true. Designer/decorator Pat Westgate was so easy to work with, accompanying me to granite, tile, appliance and plumbing showrooms, all of which were totally overwhelming. She gently guided me to the best choices, gave her opinions when asked, whittled choices down when there were too many, etc. She was also a great resource when choosing lighting, always difficult for us since my husband and I have different tastes in that regard. She and Project Manager Jim Goin suggested some design changes that we are very happy with. Friends comment on how "solid" the house is--so well insulated from outside noise. It's an exceptionally well built house, with great attention to detail.”

Nick worked with us to design something that was both structurally superior and surprisingly affordable. “We had Great Northern Builders completely finish our large basement, and Len Bogh did a great job. I never thought we could transform that basement into such a comfortable living space. My husband, who recently retired, is now putting his home office down there and he loves the space. It is also great when we have all the family staying here over Christmas. We can sleep 4 or 5 people down there.”

“Cedar Mill Group is in the process of renovating our two bathrooms. They were both gutted and the layouts were changed. They are a complete remodel firm with computer design and interior decorating help. They were extremely patient as we worked through the design process looking to optimize the limited space we had. Demolition began on schedule and the project is moving along on schedule. This is a long distance remodel and they have been wonderful with keeping us updated on the progress with pictures, e-mails and phone calls.”

“We have known Justin Bloch and his company, Morgan Exteriors since 2006. Justin is very personable and easy to work with. Unlike other professionals, he listen's. He is very eager to help and comes up with many creative design ideas. What we loved about Justin and Morgan Exteriors was that they always kept in touch without using high-pressure tactics. Their prices are very reasonable. The people that came to work on the project were mostly family and friends, so they were very well behaved and worked hard. Justin was around for mostly the initial engagement and design phase. Knowing him, made us feel really comfortable about spending the money for our project. We did get other estimates. Some were lower and many were outrageous. We chose Morgan Exteriors largely because Justin constantly kept in touch without pressuring us. Around 2007, we hired them to replace Siding, Window's/Doors and deck. It was a $50000 project. In 2014 we hired them again, to expand the Deck ($1800). The Quality of work done for both of these projects was very high and we have been extremely happy. Over time, the seal on some of the window's broke and Morgan Exteriors replaced them, no Fuss. I wanted to hire them for other interior work but unfortunately they do not do that. I will definitely hire them for other Exterior work in the future.”

“Wanted to add a second story to my home, and Dube Plus made that dream a reality. Heidi was patient with my choices, and able to locate the unique products I wanted. Steve & Jack handled the major design ideas of the project, and were able to implement my request for a great room for the 2nd floor, the glass blocks behind my stove, and many other things that makes my home unique to me. Then finished ontime, came in on budget, were available 24/7, even when the roof started leaking like sieve during a severe week of thunderstorms, despite having used more than sufficient tarps following removal of the roof. When my town insisted on adding a sprinkler system to an existing home, which would have created unreasonable costs; Dube came up with alternative solutions (cement siding) to appease the town, and create a safe, beautiful home. Thank you Dube Plus”
