“We planned a major renovation of our house, requiring removal of many of the main floor structural walls. I met with multiple contractors but ultimately chose Matt and his team, due to their extensive experience and competitive quote. Boy am I glad I did! Matt and his team were professional, on time, and worked within our budget. We changed our minds on a few things as the project went along and Matt quickly adapted to make things work for us. Matt went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the final product. Ie There was a post too close to my open-concept kitchen and I asked Matt to move it. Moving it was very difficult as it required creating a new footing in a very tight basement but Matt and his team delivered. I'm very happy with our experience and highly recommend Matt and his team!”

“Exceptional Service and Quality of workmanship; design with vision I didn’t expect or had myself - on time completion of my renovation and in budget. Would not hesitate to use Reikon again and, actually, just committed to another reno with Reikon. I stress quite a bit about these things but not with Reikon - I can relax with them on top of the job. Highly recommend - perhaps “advise” would be a better way to say it.”

“Hi. I am a realestate agent & love selling beautiful homes. Andrea - the owner of ADM just re-modeled a listing of mine - I am telling you it went from dated to fabulous in a couple of weeks! She & her team did a wonderful job & are so easy to deal with. I have had the house on the market 1 day & already have a very interested buyer & several showings booked. The house was on the market for 6 months with another realestate company & they got no offers. Andrea also re-did the kitchen & living room of a friend of mine & it too went from 1950's drab to fab - my friend is now contracting to do the rest of the house. Another friend of mine has had her redo the whole upstairs and loves it. I also recently visited a home Andrea did for the annual Pickering College Xmas tour - I was really impressed - she did a make-over of the whole house & it showed marvelously! And she also recently showed me a huge house she has been doing over the years as the owners change with the times & this house was unbelievable - the crown mouldings, the kitchen, the hand-painted murals - all very impressive. I also sold Andrea a beautiful Frank Lloyd Wright style home that was a bank repo & in agonizing condition - you should see what she's done for this home. They brought some great-looking samples for me to choose from and made excellent choices on elements that I deferred to their designer at One X One Designer, Hilda Mohseni. They showed dedication to delivering a quality-looking kitchen, redoing the cabinet rope lighting on their own accord when they thought they could do better. The POSCHE. team showed tremendous pride in their work, and superb skills in levelling out a bowed floor to even all the lower cabinets. Just a phenomenal team to work with. Highly recommend POSCHE.
