“Elliott Construction were 5 stars from start to finish with our kitchen / living area extension. They were the only ones that quoted for the work that really seemed to take a genuine interest in the project we were trying to create and the only ones that got back to us when they said they would. Just on their initial service alone I could tell they were going to be the best. They managed our project through from start to finish, were honest and upfront about everything so there were no surprises, and actually finished ahead of when they estimated they would. “Our project involved the conversion of a conservatory into a more habitable room with new foundations. a full glass-doored front and Velux windows. Milestone were courteous, prompt and carried out all their pre-planning and construction duties in a very professional and competent manner. They coordinated the work of several trades during the build and were always available to deal with any questions and issues we might have had. The work was completed to time and budget and we are delighted with the result.”

“The Pro-Build Team did an outstanding job delivering renovation and an extension project for our Grade 2 listed property. The work included re-roofing the property which was done sympathetically and effectively, completely changing the heat retention abilities. In addition and number of activities were done inside (replumbing and secondary glazing) which were done to a very high quality and always within character. The extension was a challenging project as the access is poor and a number of challenges were faced with the weather. Nevertheless the team were always extremely polite, friendly and ready to go the extra step to ensure a great job. The extension was for a kitchen/living area, bedroom, bathroom and laundry plus some outside landscaping. The team delivered on all aspects and exceed our expectations. In addition the collaboration with the planning and conservation teams was first class and made a real difference. We remain extremely pleased with all the work! I would thoroughly recommend the Pro-Build Team for any project you are looking to get done. I hope that they will be back here in the future to do more for us.”

“We bought a new house and wanted a 2 storey extension on the side of the house and extending out the kitchen and lounge at the back of the house. A friend recommended Julian and in turn Julian recommended pretty much every type of contractor and professional we would need to complete our project. This was really helpful as sourcing a reputable architect, structural engineer, quantity surveyor and a team of specialists was a daunting task and not something we expected of Julian. One of the most reassuring parts of the planning phase is how Julian set our budget expectations. This became very apparent very quickly because the other people we initially approached at the same time as Julian pretty much told us what we wanted to hear, whereas Julian took a much more realistic approach. It was an easy choice to go ahead with Julian and we did not regret that decision. He managed all aspects of the project, start to finish and the results are exceptional. We have no hesitation in recommending Julian and JNR Construction.”

“After first Covid lockdown I decided to have my own gym / garden office / summer house to minimise impact from worldwide-spread infection. There are quite a few online sites offering pre-assembled products whereas I wanted something bespoke which would naturally fit into our garden. Kevin from My Eco Space offered me service exactly what I was looking for: I supplied him a detailed 3D sketch of what I want and he came back to me with detailed engineering project plan including time and cost. All my queries have been dealt in a very efficient and professional way. Once final design was finalised and timeline and cost agreed it was then essentially a trouble free journey starting from signing the paperwork to getting the keys. What impressed me most is level of transparency and communication - I always felt that I am an important customer and that created a "feel-good factor". The project finished within two weeks window of the planned timeline and there was no additional cost incurred. The built quality is excellent and I highly recommend My Eco Space folks (for their professionalism, skills and communication level).”
