“I have worked with blueprint audio and video for a few years. They have always been incredibly respectful, detailed and clean. Their prices are reasonable and their labor costs are appropriate. They installed a very high-end theater in my house and I've continued to update my networking, lights and audio. I have a large house with a lot of audio and visual products. I have known Chris, the owner for many years and I first met him when he was working for another high-end company. I was so impressed that when he opened his own company I followed along. He continues to work at my house expanding my project to this day. I've never had a problem with their service and they were always on time. The owner and employees have excellent knowledge about current systems from networking to control systems. If you are interested in adding a high-end home theater, automating your home or increasing your networking, I would not hesitate to hire this company. I give the highest recommendation for anybody interested and modernizing their home with technology. They were even able to fix cable problems that Comcast couldn't solve easily. I've also been very impressed with their ability to solve programming and networking issues and fully expanded my home to strengthen my entire network system which now works perfectly. Anybody interested in high end theater equipment, networking, lighting, cameras and control systems should definitely hire this company. One very important feature of working with this company is that they don't tell you that your existing equipment is useless and try to upsell you only new stuff. They were capable of working with my existing previous hardware and tying it into my new system. I really appreciated not being given the hard sell tactics that other companies often do. They were even able to program my existing light system into my Savant home control system. So far I haven't come across a problem with my home that they haven't been able to solve. Whether you're a new customer and just want a turnkey project and not be involved with all the details they can do that or if you're like me who has some technology abilities then they will work with the customer very closely and explain everything. Again, I highly recommend this company for an excellent customer experience”

“Purchase and nstallation of Home Theatre Equipment Of the three companies we selected to quote our home theatre project, AV Capital were way above the others in detailing the equipment proposed and explaining to us the rationale for their choices and discussing the pros and cons of alternatives. The installation team was punctual, polite, and informative while installing the equipment. We discovered a small imperfection in the screen after installation. I notified AV Captial and within one week a new screen was in place. No hassles. I am very impressed with all the staff, from the office, the project designer, and the installation team. We love the new system and I highly recommend AV Capital.”

“I needed a mesh wifi system system installed, ethernet connections run to pool equipment as well as an outdoor access point and a larger equipment panel installed. From the initial evaluation and estimate, Dave was very easy to work with. He did not talk to me like the novice IT person I am. His explanations were easy to understand, and his professionalism was on point. Upon commencing the work, he arrived on time and was dressed appropriately for the work to be done. As he ran into complications, he quickly advised me and we solved the issue together. Dave was not bothered by my looking over his shoulder. He was able to carry a conversation with me, while completing his tasks. He cleaned up along the way as well as a final vacuum at the end. Dave was thorough, conscientious and professional. He was able to complete the work in line with the estimate. I would highly recommend him to do any of your residential or commercial work.”

“Installed a complete Savant system on our home. We went with an upgraded theater and the new outdoor sound system. Work was explained prior to installation and the education process was top notch. The only problem we had was Comcast. His technician must have spent 2 days getting those idiots at Comcast's to fix the problem we had with the fiber. The techs never complained about it, they said that this is they way Comcast treats all the AV guys. I completely understand. I have sent Savage to several of my friends that had other companies install systems in their homes. The problem they had was their AV company would not educate them how the system works. They just told them to go on line. Joe took the time and went to their home and went through the entire system. The best thing is he did it for free. You don't see that very often. Great company to work with.”
