“Remodeled about 40% of the house including total expansion and renovation of the kitchen; expanding and renovating the den to also incorporate the previously unair-conditioned, glassed-in patio; added a second floor room and bath; renovated the laundry room; and repainted and refloored (wood flooring) the entire renovated area.
