“I am so grateful that we selected Keselman for our first floor renovation. Our kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom all turned out so wonderful. They were really great to work with the entire time and surpassed my expectations. They were extremely prompt in responses, always keeping us updated, always treating us with such respect and keeping a tidy workspace every evening. (this was so important to us with three little ones and living through the renovation) It was truly a pleasure working with them and you can tell they keep their standards consistent with their contractors also. Any small hiccup or change that arose they were prompt to help us remedy and it never became a headache. Everyone had the same high standards of performance and attitude -- it didn't occur to me how important that all would be until we were knee deep in the project. I am extremely grateful and have been recommending them to everyone who asks. I would definitely use them again. Thank you all - my family and I will never forget the superb job you did on our home; we appreciate it every day.”

“I initially hired Eagle to do some painting in my very old house. I quickly found out that they are skilled in plumbing, electrical, every type of carpentry, even replacement windows and doors and vinyl siding. I have been using them in my home for the past three years. They do meticulous work at very fair prices. In fact, I am having them do so more work this summer. I would definitely recommend them.”

“I would highly recommend this organization for any home remodeling project or complete build! Our home was built in 1896 and in dire need of just about everything. Relief properties took it down to the studs and built a beautiful home for us while leaving in tact some of the gorgeous architectural details that are so important to a home this age. The communication among the many people that it took to get this home completed was excellent. We were instantly impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail by all involved.”

As an interior designer, I rely on the professionalism and skill level of sub-contractors to take mine and my client's vision and make it "come to life". Dan Gomillion has become a critical member of my team as he maintains nothing but the highest of standards. He is punctual, makes himself available no matter what time of the day it is, schedules a job seamlessly and keeps a neat and clean site. His communication skills with clients is excellent and no matter what the question or concern, he will always take the extra time to ensure that everyone is working efficiently like a perfectly tuned machine. He is prideful and wants to make sure that the final result exceeds all expectations set forth by the client. I have worked with him on small as well as large scale renovations and the same level of quality, thoroughness and meticulousness is exercised consistently. “Excellent job! Highest recommendation. We hired Riviera Construction to completely gut and rebuild the interior of our home in the Chagrin Valley. Ken and his team did an amazing job of staying on-time and on-budget while delivering a superior result. Ken was on the job site every single day to make certain everything was going according to plan. If you've been through any remodeling before, you know that from time to time unexpected things will "pop up" due to construction details concealed within the walls. When Ken's team ran into these, they dealt with them swiftly and without undue increases in cost. Overall, our project came in slightly _under_ budget. The Riviera Team was so neat and efficient, that despite the scope of the job encompassing basically our entire home, we were able to continue living at the house in surprising comfort throughout the project. The Riviera Pros thoughtfully subdivided our living spaces with temporary walls; they worked on one side of the space while we lived on the other, and as rooms were completed, we were able to switch. I recommend Ken and his outstanding team of tradesmen without reservation. And yes, I would hire them again in a new York Minute!”

“Mark Ange built my home like it was his house. The attention to detail was remarkable ! Always on site and always available when called upon. The workmanship was top notch. Every tradesman was A +. No cutting corners !!!!! I own my own underground construction Co. we do work for ATT , First Energy and Time warner Cable. So I know a little bit about the construction projects. The one thing I can say about Mark is that he is a man of integrity . The Michael Jordan of builders. Rocco Dolciato”

“Anthony and his crew are great to work with! They kept us informed throughout the entire project and let us know ahead of time if there would be any delay. We highly recommend them. They removed our cracked bathtub and replaced it and the shower wall. We had a pretty difficult project because our bathroom floors had such a steep slope to them, but they figured it out and spent the time to make sure it was done right. They were also very kind and entertained the many questions from our young kids. If you hire them for a project you will not be disappointed!”
