“We had our entire house remodeled by the team at DJH Renovations. The transformation was more than we hoped for and it felt like stepping back into a new house. Like any big project there were some up and downs but the DJH Renovation team got everything sorted and up to a great standard. Special thanks to Rebecca for her amazing organizational skills, Dominic for managing the process and the council, Dan the builder and team for all their hard work and attention to detail, Austin for the best tiling work I have ever seen and Ian for keeping the electrics safe and running during the renovation.”

“Nick Bosanac Builders is a very high-quailty builder. Nick and his team show up on time, get the job done and don't settle for less than the highest quality work from their team and their contractors. The house that Nick built for my mum is elegant, beautiful and practical. His attention to detail shows on every surface, every corner and every function. He also worked with me when issues with dealing with trees on our property came up unexpectedly. He came up with a solution that fitted everyone involved. I doubt another builder would have worked with us with so much respect.”

“We engaged Dave Georgetti and his team from Refresh Remuera to undertake a total house renovation. They were professional and personable. We are very pleased with the result and enjoying our new home. The essential value-add that Refresh provide is to guide you through the myriad of tradespeople, suppliers and decision making. All whilst keeping up the relentless momentum against a detailed project plan and budget. We challenged Dave many times with decision changes mid-project and he handled it with flexible good cheer all the way through to completion. Do not underestimate how tough it is to do by yourself. “As a homeowner for 33 years, I've had my fair share of local builders, companies and trades people attending to various house repairs on my house. Yet: the customer services and liaison provided by Rob McEwan at Refresh Renovations, Rodney surpasses them all. With Rob's committment to providing excellent service, he confidently guided a fantastic team of builders to replace rotten floorboards in two areas caused by leaks, replace a rotten interior wall, organise a gib stopper, and organise new carpet. I didn't have to do a thing: very grateful Rob had the reins and he competently steered the ship. For each of these tasks, at every developing stage, he kept me in the loop, so I rate his communication skills very highly. His attention to detail where nothing was too much bother for him; will stay in my mind for a long time. Five Stars, absolutely.”

“Andrew was a fabulous tradesman who fitted a cavity-slider in our Bedroom-to-ensuite rennovation. It was not a straight-forward job matching old-house to new-materials.
