He is also very well connected in the community and knows the best tradesmen to help with all the extras. His quotes are accurate and his employees are respectful and hard workers. He even trusted me enough to do a few simple jobs. Overall very happy to have hired Kinash Construction to do our renovation! It went as smoothly as construction can go! He then proceeded to sketch out my kitchen right in front of me, exactly how I envisioned it. The trades people for cabinets (Samantha), flooring, electrical, drywall ( Kelly), painter all were very knowledgeable about their products and installation for cabinets was above and beyond. Mike has been very professional, honest and caring in his dealings with us. What he quoted was exactly what we paid , except a couple things I changed we paid extra for. Mike knew we were on a budget and he proceeded most economically and efficiently for us. Started demo Nov 2/21 finished Nov 30/21 , with a few touch ups in December. Even still, the renovation came in on time, on budget, and passed all inspections without an issue.
