“I am so grateful that we selected Keselman for our first floor renovation. Our kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom all turned out so wonderful. They were really great to work with the entire time and surpassed my expectations. They were extremely prompt in responses, always keeping us updated, always treating us with such respect and keeping a tidy workspace every evening. (this was so important to us with three little ones and living through the renovation) It was truly a pleasure working with them and you can tell they keep their standards consistent with their contractors also. Any small hiccup or change that arose they were prompt to help us remedy and it never became a headache. Everyone had the same high standards of performance and attitude -- it didn't occur to me how important that all would be until we were knee deep in the project. I am extremely grateful and have been recommending them to everyone who asks. I would definitely use them again. Thank you all - my family and I will never forget the superb job you did on our home; we appreciate it every day.”

“I initially hired Eagle to do some painting in my very old house. I quickly found out that they are skilled in plumbing, electrical, every type of carpentry, even replacement windows and doors and vinyl siding. I have been using them in my home for the past three years. They do meticulous work at very fair prices. In fact, I am having them do so more work this summer. I would definitely recommend them.”

“Excellent job! Highest recommendation. We hired Riviera Construction to completely gut and rebuild the interior of our home in the Chagrin Valley. Ken and his team did an amazing job of staying on-time and on-budget while delivering a superior result. Ken was on the job site every single day to make certain everything was going according to plan. If you've been through any remodeling before, you know that from time to time unexpected things will "pop up" due to construction details concealed within the walls. When Ken's team ran into these, they dealt with them swiftly and without undue increases in cost. Overall, our project came in slightly _under_ budget. The Riviera Team was so neat and efficient, that despite the scope of the job encompassing basically our entire home, we were able to continue living at the house in surprising comfort throughout the project. The Riviera Pros thoughtfully subdivided our living spaces with temporary walls; they worked on one side of the space while we lived on the other, and as rooms were completed, we were able to switch. I recommend Ken and his outstanding team of tradesmen without reservation. And yes, I would hire them again in a new York Minute!”

Dan Gomillion has become a critical member of my team as he maintains nothing but the highest of standards. He is punctual, makes himself available no matter what time of the day it is, schedules a job seamlessly and keeps a neat and clean site. His communication skills with clients is excellent and no matter what the question or concern, he will always take the extra time to ensure that everyone is working efficiently like a perfectly tuned machine. He is prideful and wants to make sure that the final result exceeds all expectations set forth by the client. “Mark Ange built my home like it was his house. The attention to detail was remarkable ! Always on site and always available when called upon. The workmanship was top notch. Every tradesman was A +. No cutting corners !!!!! I own my own underground construction Co. we do work for ATT , First Energy and Time warner Cable. So I know a little bit about the construction projects. The one thing I can say about Mark is that he is a man of integrity . The Michael Jordan of builders. Rocco Dolciato”

“Jim Guggenheim and his crew are amazing. The attention to detail always provides perfection yet never at the expense of his client's budget. The first service Guggenheim provided for me was at my residence in 2006, since then Jim has worked on my new home and my investment properties. The largest project, renovating my time-worn Shaker home. This included removing loadbearing walls, re-routing the HVAC, rebuilding the fireplace, new hardwood floors all completed under a very tight timeline & budget. The project came out beautifully Never once in twelve years have I been anything but satisfied with Guggenheim Construction!”
