“What started with moving furniture and noticing a soft spot in the carpet along the edge of an outside wall and a water spot suddenly appearing in the ceiling above it with San Antonio’s heavy rains of Sept 2018 started our journey with DMJ Restorations. Sam Hoffman was extremely knowledgeable in guiding us through the insurance process and, because of his efforts, we actually received more money than we might have received otherwise. We learned a lot along the course. We have been so pleased with their entire team for a multitude of tasks they did for us – roofing, demolition, construction, sheetrock, painting and carpet installation. They were here when they said they would be, did what they said they were going to do (and then some), and cleaned up extremely well after themselves. All while respecting our home and its contents. They paid attention to all of the little details, some we wouldn’t have thought of on our own, and made sure we were satisfied from start to finish. Would we recommend them to others? YOU BET and without hesitation!”

“My experience with Mr. Hernandez was nothing less than perfect. We review the job and the cost and Mr. Hernandez and his team went to work. They did everything they said they would do and more. Each day they left the job site clean and orderly and showed up each day early to get going. We had our deck refinished a few shingles on the roof replaced and some rooted boards replaced. We could not have been happier with his work. I recommend him highly...”

“After 34 years of marriage and many moves we were finally ready to put down roots and build our forever home and we are so happy that Troy and Lisa Parker agreed to partner with us on this project! They were an absolute pleasure to work with- responsive, professional and organized. They have a good working relationship with their high quality and reputable subcontractors and there is a commitment to excellence throughout the building process. Both Troy and Lisa were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The sheer volume of details/decisions that go into building a custom home can be overwhelming to say the least, but Troy and Lisa are always calm and focused- you know you are in good hands. Our house had a number of challenging custom features, e.g., old doors, custom vent hood, reclaimed beams, vintage beadboard wall- Troy and Lisa worked closely with us always going the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the end result. They are a great team with Troy's experience and knowledge of the industry and Lisa's strong organizational skills keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and managing the budget. We are thrilled with our beautiful home and feel so blessed that we get to live here. “Just amazing!! Juan and his team came over and handled everything so neat and professionally. It was a quick and easy process for us to get set up and had them come out and handle it. “Remodeled about 40% of the house including total expansion and renovation of the kitchen; expanding and renovating the den to also incorporate the previously unair-conditioned, glassed-in patio; added a second floor room and bath; renovated the laundry room; and repainted and refloored (wood flooring) the entire renovated area. Westphall was very responsive to my request for an estimate; providing it in one week. Once they were selected for the project, planning was completed and building permits received in an expeditious manner. Soon thereafter the work began and overall was completed ahead of schedule and within the estimated cost. Westphall oversaw the work, including numerous sub-contractors, on virtually a daily basis. Their quality assurance of work preformed was excellent insuring my total satisfaction with the final products. Westphall was extremely responsive to the inevitable changes requested throughout a large project as mine. Cost estimates for modifications to the original plans were received in a timely manner so that savings were realized because unnecessary work prompted by the modifications was avoided, yet the work was never delayed. I would hire Westphall in the future and recommend him to others”

“Brad Morris of G Morris homes built an amazing specially adaptive home for my family and I. I utilize both a wheelchair and 2 full prosthetic legs with mechanical knees in this home. It must conform both to ADA and VA regulations. There were many special needs and requests that would be considered out of the ordinary for most new home construction, some were also out of the ordinary for ADA and VA requirements. Brad was always able to accommodate me; we made many changes on the fly and Brad made it all go smoothly while adhering to the building code. He was also clear with what wouldn't work, why, and would always provide an alternative solution. He made many insightful recommendations that I would have otherwise not thought of.. Brad maintained constant communication with me in every regard of the construction throughout the endeavor and always responded in a timely manner. The speed and level of efficiency that which he operates is unparalleled. That, in combination with the fluidity of operations he maintained throughout nearly seamless transitions of construction phases, enabled a rapidly built structure of fantastic quality completed both on time and under budget. Mr.Morris also demonstrated superior skill when coordinating his solid team of contractors. His careful attention to detail was not only phenomenal but paramount to his success in building this home. Brad, my fellow Marine, has created a stout family home that will stand the test of time. I intend for this home be passed on to my grandchildren and beyond. We are all eternally grateful and I highly recommend Brad Morris for any residential construction needs.”

“Phillip Fields, Owner of Acme Doors, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was professional from the first phone call to his inspection of the job after it was totally completed to our satisfaction. The quality of the work was also top notch. He kept the house clean during his work and cleaned up afterwards each day. He was also extremely punctual and the job began and ended on the agreed time. I have to say that his crew had all the high qualities of Phillip. The material and doors he had custom made were also of the highest quality. Acme Doors and Phillip Fields are very highly recommended.”

“I am a Real Estate agent with Keller Williams here in Canyon Lake, Texas for 11 years now, and we also manage short term vacation rentals. We are always needing good contractors who do major construction, bathroom and kitchen remodels, flooring, decks, etc., and believe me, we have used many different people out here over the last 11 years! The quality of workmanship and professionalism that we received with Ascend Remodel was top notch, and I just cannot say enough good things about them. The finished product looks absolutely beautiful, and we are so happy! We will most definately be using them again for our home, and all of our client's homes!”
