    “Sam Fleetwood undertook to modernize and improve a 1970's wooden holiday home and also to create a fully equipped sleepout from a plain old shed. He had a clear understanding of what was required but was also able to suggest some very good, practical improvements. Bathrooms were added, layouts including stairs were altered, decks improved and the interior painted and exterior stained. Sam organized all the planning permissions and saw the project through very thoroughly. The result is a great success.”

    “We built a 3 bedroom Fraemohs kitset home about 30 years ago, and then added another bedroom and bathrrom not long after. If you want warmth in the winter, and cool in the summer, there's nothing better than natural timber. Friends we sceptical of the wood finish, but we never tired of the lovely pine knots and grain. Sadly we sold and moved away, but have always wanted to do it again, although next time we wouldn't build ourselves... getting too old for that. They were a great company to deal. I note their latest designs look great too.”

    “We used S.C. Harris Builders to build our deck last November. There is nothing to say other than Sam is a very professional builder. There was nothing negative about this Builder. If we needed any more work we would call him immediately, He kept us up to date, always on time, and the job was finished well within the time frame he quoted. I would recommend anyone using this Co for their work.”

    “From the get go we decided that communication was a very important part of the build process and it quickly became apparent that Build7 were on the same page. Within 3 days of meeting Jamie for the first time we had a quote and basic plan in our hands. He was understanding of our budget constraints and was excellent at coming up with alternatives to make our ideas come to life. There are no hidden agendas or costings with Build7, all contractor quotes were provided to us. We really appreciated this as it made us feel comfortable that we were not being taken for ride, which we know is something that can happen for first time builders. We signed up with Build 7 and were quickly introduced to the rest of the team whose communication was just as good as Jamie's. We had fulfilling and helpful meetings with everyone, from colour consultants through to electricians. Each and everyone of them taking as much pride in their work as Build7 did. We broke ground in September. The build process and communication continued to be absolutely seamless from this point on as we were able to move into our house within 15 weeks; 1 month ahead of schedule. We had regular site meetings throughout the process to ensure we were always fully informed, and if we had any questions about what was going on Jamie was always happy to respond. As first home buyers we feel very lucky to have come across Build7. They went above and beyond throughout the whole experience, including pushing to get us in to our house just before Christmas. Thanks to Build7 we now have a beautiful home and cannot recommend these guys more highly. We can't wait to build another home with Build7 in the future.”

    “We had such a good result from our first home built by Touchstone, that we built another which was finished in Dec 2021. The houses were both finished on time and within budget, even with the impact of covid . The quality was excellent. The process was well managed with excellent communication and easy decision steps. We would recommend them highly.”

    “I could not recommend the team at Coughlan Construction highly enough. We have had a number of building projects on our property and each has come with its own challenges. Right from the start they have delivered on their mission "the builder that listens". The Coughlan team have delivered on our high expectations of workmanship (including the sub contractors) and they have completed this all within budget. We have also 'changed the goal posts' on a number of occasions and Coughlan's had the flexibility, knowledge and adaptability to make things happen.
