The entire team and all subs were extremely professional, courteous, easy to work with, experienced and delivered an on-time, high-quality, on-budget home. We are extremely satisfied with the quality and design and level of craftsmanship in our home. When necessary Steffen was able to troubleshoot the few issues we encountered and come up with a mutually acceptable solution. We continue to have contact with Steffen Builders and they always respond in a timely and professional manner.”

“Gary built a bar top for us, using wide plank knotty alder. It was a tricky project due to the log post that was located in the middle of the bar. The project required a skilled, patient, precise, knowledgeable craftsman. As with many projects the plan changed a bit as he got into it. The bar top is beautiful. Gary is a flexible thinker and gave me a few choices, as alternatives. I appreciated being respected in this manner. He is a friendly, respectful, punctual, skilled craftsman. I would certainly recommend him and will hire him again.”

“The most outstanding contractor I have ever worked with and I have used many contractors over the years. Steve, the owner, is an active participant, gets the job done promptly from first to last day. He is often on the site but is there at least once a week. His oversight saved me a lot of money and his suggestions reflected his looking out for us. He knows the rule and the planning people in all of Boulder County and its various towns. His suggestions have been great. I did an extensive remodel and recommend his company:Timberline Builders, to anyone who has a project in mind. Aside from all of that he is an honest, diligent man and a gentleman.”

“I continue to work with Lipari Construction on a regular basis however wanted to submit this review based on a large project we did a few years ago in Vail, Colorado. This was a very high end, extremely detailed, large multi residential project in which Donato was one of the lead project managers for the contractor at the time. Aside from his professional yet personable demeanor, I was immediately impressed by his span of knowledge. This was a project where he answered to the developer in addition to over 20 homeowners. We work with many contractors and Donato's organizational skills are second to none. Not only is he a perfectionist in construction, but also in documentation, administration follow up, and most important, communication! I would recommend hiring Lipari Construction as you get the best all of worlds: honesty and transparency, detailed documentation, passion in building, and truly keeping the clients best interest to heart. Donato is always ready and willing to answer my questions in a non intimidating friendly manner. Knowing and working with him for over 10 years, I have no doubt why he earned his highly respected reputation as a top builder in Summit County Colorado.”

“Scope was to finished out a basement, including excavation of one side and addition of windows in concrete wall, and add 2-level addition to existing house. Construction was done on budget and on schedule; and construction and finish work wereall very high quality. Only weakness was drainage design--gutters flowed to french drain, which plugged quickly, so roof runoff had to be re-routed; and surface drainage did not divert flow adequately from the house.”
