“We have been living in our Northcape built house for over 2 years now,and couldn't be happier. The process of designing and building the house was delightful, the finished product our dream come true. Designer/decorator Pat Westgate was so easy to work with, accompanying me to granite, tile, appliance and plumbing showrooms, all of which were totally overwhelming. She gently guided me to the best choices, gave her opinions when asked, whittled choices down when there were too many, etc. She was also a great resource when choosing lighting, always difficult for us since my husband and I have different tastes in that regard. She and Project Manager Jim Goin suggested some design changes that we are very happy with. Friends comment on how "solid" the house is--so well insulated from outside noise. It's an exceptionally well built house, with great attention to detail.”

“M&M American Builders are a very professional company. My wife and I own a ranch style home. In the kitchen she wanted a double window to be removed and a door. She wanted it replaced with a sliding door. John & Keith came in and reconstructed the entire back wall of our kitchen to accommodate her vision, and let me say they did just that. We are told over and over again how much this has changed the look of our kitchen from the natural lighting, space and above all the quality of work done. “I had a rather small job, a little "nook" in the kitchen, however it was treated as if it were a whole house. My ideas were listened to and incorporated into the design. The crew came, on time and worked until lunch, they had their lunch and got back to work. They were respectful, polite, there was no rough language and at the end of each day they cleaned up every nail, swept and my kitchen never had that "in process" look to it. When the job was done (and quickly) the crew made sure that they had everything inside and out picked up and put back. I didn't have to go out and clean up the construction site. At the end of the project I was contacted to not only insure that I was happy with the work but to make sure I was happy with the crew as well. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the job from design, crew, work and completion.”
