“Gabrielle is without a doubt the most wonderful person to work with. She did the interior design of two of my homes. One very traditional and one very contemporary. She listened to my "vision" and made it happen. Not only that, she suggested some wonderful alternatives to some of my ideas. When guests rave about my homes, I say that I can take .1% of the credit, and Gabrielle gets 99.9%. One thing I have learned working with Gabrielle, is she is always right! I trust her ideas and I have never been disappointed.”

“Bill Stevenson was most helpful during the complete process of my home renovation. When we first met he assured me that his recommendations would match with my needs and wants. And it did. A budget was set in the initial phase and to my delight we didn't go over budget. I had a colour scheme in mind and Bill helped me select paint, carpeting, furniture, window coverings, and pictures to compliment. As the project proceeded, Bill would bring pictures and lamps for my consideration. I felt that every decision was mine but each decision was not made in isolation. After several months, I changed my mind on two of the pictures and was able to exchange them for others that I liked at no cost to me. All of this work was done while working around several tradespeople, some of whom Bill had recommended. Bill Stevenson is a knowledgeable interior designer and I have nothing but positive things to say about his expertise. I would, and have, recommended him to my colleagues.”

“Megan from Design your Joy is an amazing designer, she really focuses on who you/your family are in intigrats that into the design scheme. She also allows you to step outside your comfort zone with ease. Her knowledge of colour is the best I've ever seen and her up to date with design, whichever it is (Modern, Contemporary, etc.), is always picture perfect. She makes your home or whatever space it is feel like it deserves a space in a design magazine. To top it off she is also an amazing person. I can guarantee 100% true happiness as she thrives to please. - NK”

“Scott and I have been so so pleased with the help Laurie has given us in decorating our home. Laurie is very creative, fun to work with, and has amazing colour sense. She recently helped us bring cohesiveness to our large high ceiling "great" room. A dining and sitting space with a wood stove, that was disjointed and lacking warmth and coziness; is now just the opposite. Reclaimed ceiling tin was found, stripped, and then antiqued , and mounted to hang beautifully on our chimney. A one of a kind art piece that visitors to our house keep admiring. An area rug, a round end table that Laurie did a "tea" stain on, a fabric covered coffee table with custom legs that Laurie designed and stained, a mirror, and pillows; are all items that she brought in. Function was considered, not just the aesthetics. Also our house was built in the 1950's; decorating was tastefully done in keeping with the general look of the whole house. In a nutshell. I'd use Leclair-hyett again in a heartbeat! Many, many thanks!!! Helen”
