“I'm very delayed writing this review as we've taken a while to put flooring down and sort the tiling (hence our project date of last year) however, you will not regret choosing Kiwi Kitchens! Here’s our story… Our house is a 1950’s renovation project with rammed earth and cement walls (none of which were very straight!) and everything was in pretty ‘original’ but functional condition. We have lived here for over 13 years and a new kitchen and laundry has been on the list for a long time. The day I decided to go and start looking at kitchen companies, I just happened drive into town from Halswell so came in at the top of Blenheim Road. With no particular itinerary in mind, I just saw the Kiwi Kitchens sign & pulled in - my first (and subsequently last) stop. From the minute I met Janice I just knew we would be in good hands. With Janice’s warmth and knowledge, I instinctively knew it was the kitchen company for us, and needless to say, I didn’t go to any other businesses for quotes. Not that we had money to burn but I just felt listened to and comfortable with absolutely NO hard sell. For me, another immediate deal-maker was it was a long-established, hands-on, family run business, rather than a large organisation with sub-contractors and high staff turnover. The exceptional personal service I received from; the lovely Debbie their designer, fantastic Janice - who was always free to take my calls or answer my endless email questions, and talented, chilled singing Joe who did the complete installation and nothing was ever a problem. Trust, integrity and accuracy is how I’d sum them up. Even down to little comments I’d made about some quirky ideas I had and mentioned random things I liked when Debbie came to see the space, unbeknown to me was all noted to be discussed when we went to see the designs - that’s called ‘giving a damn’! I can go on and on but we cannot recommend the team highly enough, truly. We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen and laundry and wouldn’t change one single thing. We still have some things to finish but it’s put the enjoyment back in food prep and cooking. Thank-you so so much Kiwi Kitchens!”

“Our experience with Swift Designs has been excellent. Upon purchasing a 7 year old home last year we knew we needed expert assistance to bring the interior decor and fittings up to a warm, inviting and quality environment to equal the home’s stunning views over the adjacent golf course. By taking time to understand our tastes and goals Treena was able to incorporate her design skills into a look and finish we are absolutely delighted with. It was quite a comprehensive undertaking bringing together new carpets, drapes, furniture, wallpapers and paint colour scheme. Treena also designed and arranged installation of new joinery for our laundry, kitchen and media room etc as well as a size perfect dining table. At Treena’s suggestion additional kitchen cupboards and a new large back splash transformed the kitchen beyond recognition. We completely relied on Treena during this renovation project. She was always very professional with an engaging and approachable attitude. Throughout, Treena was mindful of our budget. It is to her credit that each item that entered our house was of the highest quality and impeccably constructed/installed all at very competitive prices. Along with budget another priority was practicality which was also achieved. We love coming home after a long day out…..our home is so welcoming, modern with a feeling of quality and warmth. “I went to Niki, as we had used her previously, with a budget and we had a couple of meetings to alter, adjust things, and decide on materials and colours etc, and then when the day for installation arrived we were more and more excited as the kitchen took shape. We had trades people on site working at the same time and they were super impressed with the finished product, as were we I might add. They commented they have seen less impressive kitchens for much greater cost. - we couldn't comment on that aspect, but more than happy with what we got. Project dates were all met, all targets met, & Niki thoroughly professional.”
