“Brenda did Italian plaster through out my whole house and also did micro topping on 80% of the floors, the walls were a custom design of hers, that being said I had know idea how it would turn out and with the most happy positive laugh she said 'trust me your going to love it" . Well I am here to tell you I have worked with all types of sub contractors, but Brenda is one of a kind, it was like she was working for herself she took so much pride and perfection in the project. “We recently went through the remodel of our master bedroom and bath. Contractors are no fun to work with with the exception of Matt. Matt, the owner of Materia, build several cabinets and a walnut vanity for us. Matt was excellent to work with. He had to modify one of his cabinets due to changes the plumbers had made without telling him. He didn't complain, in fact, I overheard him tell one of his associates that it was their job to made the other subcontractors look good. We were very pleased with the cabinets and they are a highlight of the remodel. His prices were very reasonable and the quality of the work on the cabinets and their installation was excellent. I can't say enough good things about Materia - I just wish the other contractors had been as skilled and good to work with as Matt and his team. Matt is a KU trained architect, former home builder and now focuses on custom cabinet making.”
