We were really impressed with how we were able to share our ideas and troubleshoot with the plans of our kitchen remodel. Erica was able to listen to our idea and show us a kitchen floor plan that we were not able to figure out by ourselves. She helped us come up with a plan that incorporated all of our dreams for the perfect kitchen. She was able to give us examples of products and appliances as well as ideas of where to look for all the different elements needed to build our dream kitchen. She was very professional and organized. She was here on the job to help with the day to day project issues when necessary and ready and available to figure out problems if they arose. He helped me plan the kitchen of my dreams, taking into account my very specific needs and designing the precise features I wanted. The end result was astonishing– beautiful custom maple cabinets have made me love working there. He also did a magnificent job laying ceramic tile countertops and floor tiles as well as the backsplash. We were so pleased with his work that we also hired him to custom build a kitchen island, complete with cookbook library shelves and pull out appliance drawers–– also with ceramic tile counter. Eventually, he worked with me to design a custom china cupboard to house my extensive teacup collection, The most recent project was a fabulous custom made bookshelf, complete with three four-shelf bookcases above and a cabinet unit below which features three drawers and below those, three sets of double doors opening to storage space. Richard is a consummate professional and superb craftsman who does everything wth extraordinary attention to detail. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!”
