Redtwig has installed a cottage style front border featuring native species and herbs, a cutting garden, a shade border under spruce and white birch, and a blueberry and cranberry border on our pond, a lilac and peony border and provided maintenance and upgrades to existing areas. Dede is always mindful of our budget and has arrived and completed projects in a timely manner. Her suggestions are always helpful, her designs are impactful, her attitude is willing and cooperative. “My late mother hired Burnett's Landscaping to install a water garden in the back yard - just outside the picture window in our dining room. The house is situated on a very steep, rocky, hillside, and the entire project had to be managed with hand tools. It's been 15 years since they first installed it, and for the first time I had to call them in to correct a problem that had developed in the waterfall portion of the garden. We were losing a significant amount of water due to a shifting of the lining behind the falls. Mr. Burnett personally came out to look at the problem and to give me an estimate of the work that needed to be done, and scheduled his employee to come out and handle it a couple of weeks later. Pete showed up as scheduled and worked on it for several hours - managing to address the majority of the problem. When we found that we were still losing a lesser amount of water, he promptly came back out to correct the matter. I have to say, these guys are more than landscapers. They are artists! I don't know how they manage to fit the stones together with such precision. It is mind-boggling when you look at the details of their work. The design of the garden itself is absolutely beautiful. I've had the same dozen goldfish living happily in it for more than thirteen years, and it only gets prettier with time as the ivy grows in around the stones and the flower garden fills in. Clearly, I am a very happy, long-term, customer. While they are not cheap, their bill actually came in at the low end of their estimate. I cannot give this company a greater recommendation than to say that I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them to everyone that I know who might be in the market for some truly gifted landscapers.”
