An update on this: I wish we hadn't gone with Rylock. After Sales is shocking! At that price range a huge surprise.

I feel I need to update the post just in case. After some calls to Rylock the Service Manager came out within a few days once the ball got rolling and fixed all issues up. I love my windows now. The double glazing works a treat for noise and probably heat too given that our place is pretty cool. They still look as they did on the first day. For the install I would suggest to let Rylock do it as there was some disagreeing with our builder who is responsible for what aspect. Overall. I am happy to recommend Rylock.
