Need help with house design

We have a 600m2 flat north facing section. Not fussed on the housing plans available from the normal sector. But don't have the budget for a architect. We want 3 bedrooms boxy type or one that is easy build looks good but easy on the budget. Cheers

If you are planning on having this built you need to discuss it with the carpenter and have him draw up plans. If you are looking for premade cabinetry it is doubtful you will find something that will accommodate the pole. We would be able to make further suggestions once you have a plan for the cabinet as far as storage and design. From what you are looking for I suggest a full wall built in cabinet customized for your needs.

You could install racking for both sides of the room, toys & clothes that aren't being used can go into large plastic containers with lids. The two bikes could be hung from the wall or ceiling. And yes, anything that doesn't need to be there, move it on. There are so many hooks and storage options available that it would be very easy to sort this out and by getting a lot of it off the floor.
