It's a rental so buy something that you can take with you that will work in your next home. Just stay with green and white. You may not be able to change the panels, but you could add to them where it can't be seen from the outside. Add white to the outer side of the blue panels. Then get a navy and white throw pillow for the accent on the white sofa.

I'd like to suggest that the most important thing here is more about who is using the room. If It's a child's bedroom use lovely children's curtains - there's so much around and any pattern could pick up the wall and floor colours. If a guest room and not used often I'd suggest a beautiful velvet or good quality Linen and forbid the little ones from going in to that room!!!!!! alternately a blind attached at floor level could be raised or lowered so the view is still there but with privacy from waist height perhaps. Everyone has their own individual tastes e.g. the three examples you have provided are not my cup of tea. I prefer to keep the walls neutral and add treasures I love to express my personality. My personality is displayed in my entire room not just the walls.
