Sorry, don't think it fits, The prongs on the light give it a more circular shape but you have this over a beautiful oblong bench. Always rectangular or oblong over rectangular. And the dark ends of the bulbs will create shadows, not so good in a work space. Used to work in lighting for a few years and it always comes down to what makes you happy. I would have tried to steer you in a different direction, Hope this helps.

Well done its going to look beautiful! I would consider have both! Even if you have the wall light above the bed a lamp beside you will act as task lighting for reading at night, whereas the wall light is more for lighting the room itself. Find lighting that compliments each other or from the same range for a cohesive and subtle look.

Hi all, hoping to get your thoughts on this lighting design. do you have any suggestions on how to make it better? this is out first home we don't really know what works/doesn't. all lights are LEDs

Um why ? I'd do a coffee table , and have the light maybe 1 metre or less from the ceiling . The second one I'd just balance the first one , so if the first one is say 2.5 metres from one wall , hang the other 2.5 metres from another wall . The lights are really nice -- you would want them to be seen , rather than highlighting a couch IMO .
